Have you heard of no-bake homemade cheesecake? It is natural to get curious if, without baking, it can retain the same texture as baked cheesecake. Wondering if it be gooey, or does it taste just like cream cheese? But we can assure you that no-bake homemade cheesecake is as scrumptious as baked cheesecake with the same taste, flavour and texture. Here is the easiest no-bake recipe for homemade cheesecake; give it a try and see for yourself how delicious it turns out!
Ingredients:
- Graham Crackers: 240g / 2 cups (crumbs)
- Brown Sugar: 1/3 cup
- Unsalted Butter: ½ cup (melted)
- Heavy Cream: 300ml / 1 and ¼ cups
- Cream Cheese: 680g / 8 ounce
- Granulated Sugar: 100g / ½ cup
- Confectioner’s Sugar: 15g / 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream: 60g / ¼ cup
- Lemon Juice: 2 tsp
- Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
Preparation:

- Crust: Put 240g of Graham Crackers in a plastic bag to make even crumbs. Mix crumbs, brown sugar, and unsalted butter in a bowl.
- Graham crackers are the perfect choice for preparing the delicious crust; adding granulated brown sugar helps solidify the crust, and butter helps make it smooth and enhances its flavour.
- If you don’t want to use Graham crackers for the crust, you can use crushed cookie crumbs of your choice or add an extra layer.
- Filling: Use a hand mixer or whisk to beat the heavy cream into stiff peaks for about 4-5 minutes and then set it aside.
- Beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract together until it turns smooth and thick.
Instructions:

- Transfer the mixture for crush into a 9-inch pan and press it with a spoon or flat side of a glass to set it.
- Once the crust is set, put it in a fridge for a few hours. You can also prepare a crust for cheesecake a day before by wrapping it in a plastic sheet around the crust and leaving it in a fridge.
- Transfer the whipped cream cheese and heavy cream filling to the crust and spread out an even layer.
- After creating an even layer of filling, now it is time to chill the cake to make it firmer and denser. Put the cake in the fridge for about 6 hours and let it set.
- Several hours of chilling will make it develop a cake-like density, and it is worth the wait.
Topping Ideas:

Cheesecakes are delicious, and these topping ideas will bring more colour and flavour to them.
- Fresh Fruit Slices
Fruits and cheesecake are the perfect combo of sweetness and tanginess. Fruit topping brings freshness to your dessert and elevates the taste of your cheesecake. To add vibrant colours to your cake, you can add any fruits of your choice, like mango slices, peach slices, banana slices, strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.
- Fruit Compotes
If you don’t want to use fresh fruits, then fruit compotes are also a great option to bring a sweeter taste and freshness of fruits to the cake. For example, you can use strawberry, blueberry or raspberry compote with cheesecake to give it the perfect look and taste.
- Chocolate
If you are a chocolate fan and believe that everything tastes better with chocolate, then give it a try! You can use chocolate chunks, melted or both to elevate your cheesecake and give your tastebuds a heavenly treat!

Whether baked or no-bake, homemade cheesecake is fresh, tasty, and refreshing with any topping. Remember not to keep it for so long as it might lose its freshness.
No-bake homemade cheesecake is full of flavour, makes the taste of cream stand out and is perfect for enjoying on summer days when you are in no mood to spend time baking in a hot oven. No-bake cheesecake makes it the perfect treat with fresh fruits on hot summer days.
